As Principal Training & Coaching at CTG Consulting, Sid Brammer is responsible for training and development throughout the group. He uses a wide range of methods and often draws on his experience as a recruiter and Head of Operations at the CTG brand alphacoders. As an avid gamer and Loriot fan, his passions lie between trendy technological topics such as the much-discussed DevOps approach and successful communication (breakfast egg).
Before his time at CTG, the sociology and German studies graduate worked in active sourcing at OTTO and freelanced to advise companies on digital HR topics.
