Malin Knöpler joined the CareerTeam team in Hamburg in June 2018 after completing a bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on human resources. Her role includes overseeing recruiting processes and providing team support on assignments with a focus on active sourcing and candidate targeting. She is particularly experienced in active sourcing and in-house tools and processes. Malin's enjoyment of her work at CareerTeam comes from working with inspiring team members on a daily basis and the varied nature of assignments and clients in different fields and industries.
