After the studies of business psychology, Alicia soon discovered her passion for HR and Recruiting and started as HR Consultant at CareerTeam as one of the first employees. Besides placing numerous CDO positions, she also supported different partners at building up Digitalization teams, supported the scaling of Corporate Ventures as well as Innovation Hubs and built up an extensive network in Germany as well as throughout Europe. Furthermore, she decisively drove the growth of CareerTeam to become the biggest digital boutique and is now leading the operations as Managing Director and Partner for Germany.
