Tom is Director Consulting at CareerTeam in Berlin and joined the company in March 2019. His professional journey began in sports management in 2010 and led him into the world of HR consulting in 2017. During this time, he gained diverse insights into different corporate structures, cultures and characters. In his current position, Tom oversees a wide range of positions in active sourcing with his team in daily business. In addition, he manages the operations of the sister brand Numeris Consulting. His expertise lies in leadership, C-level and management functions in the areas of sales, marketing, operations and product.
