Pia Thomsen

Pia Thomsen has held the position of Director Consulting and Deputy Location Manager at CareerTeam in Hamburg since October 2015. In her role, she drives the topic of Customer Success and also deals with introducing more effective consulting processes. Her many years of experience lie primarily in leadership roles, from marketing lead to CSO & CTO to management. However, she feels particularly at home in C-level positions. Pia appreciates the diversity of industries and clients whose working worlds she dives into during each search. Immersing herself in different products, cultures and work processes often gives her the feeling of being part of the company.‍
