Janina has been with CareerTeam since August 2021 and, in her role as Senior HR Consultant, is responsible for advising and supporting her clients from the development of the requirements profile for the position to the search for candidates and selection through initial interviews. She also provides support during contract negotiations until the final filling of the vacant position. Before joining CareerTeam, Janina worked as a personnel consultant at Karrierepool WZL Aachen PS GmbH - personnel consulting and placement with a focus on engineers with doctorates.
